1. Upfront Payment of Fees

All escrow fees must be paid upfront before a transaction is processed. Our charges are separate and will not be deducted from your main escrow balance or transaction funds.


2. Honest and Accurate Information

Users must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and throughout transactions. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension or termination of service.


3. Compliance with Laws

All transactions must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud, are strictly prohibited.


4. Use of Escrow Services

Escrow services are to be used only for transactions explicitly agreed upon by both parties. Conway Claims is not responsible for disputes outside of the escrow agreement.


5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to cooperate fully with Conway Claims' dispute resolution process. Final decisions made by Conway Claims are binding.


6. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately.


7. No Refund on Fees

Escrow fees paid upfront are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the transaction.


8. Transaction Limits and Verification

Certain transactions may require additional verification or fall under limits depending on amount, type, or jurisdiction. Conway Claims reserves the right to request additional documentation.


9. Termination of Service

Conway Claims reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or engage in suspicious activities.


10. Changes to Company Rules

We may update these rules periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
